Lil' Leaguers

Exposes children to a wide range of sports to develop foundational athletic skills. The goal of this class is to learn teamwork and basic athletic skills in:

  • T-ball

  • Basketball

  • Ninja Obstacle Courses

  • Football

  • Target Practice

Youth Athletics Group

The goal of this class is to expose youth athletes to sport specific skills required to participate in various athletic activities including relay races, basketball, football, baseball, frisbee, hockey, kickball, & pickleball.

This class focuses on foundational athletic skills including:

  • learning to work as a team

  • game play dynamics

  • mechanics of throwing & catching

  • dribbling and shooting

  • how to use a baseball bat, pickle ball racket, hockey stick, etc

 

       

Rising Stars

A tailored class for basic athletic development & learning to work as a team. This class uses an individualized approach to facilitate group activities such as:

  • sport specific drills

  • exercise circuits

  • participating in team building

  • various sports such as flag football, basketball, baseball, kickball, floor hockey, & more

Wednesday Warriors

Adult athletic skills class that prioritizes fitness, athleticism, & wellness in a supportive group setting. The goal of this class is to:

  • improve cardio and fitness abilities

  • learn game play dynamics

  • work on sport specific drills

  • compete in sports such as: basketball, kickball, pickleball, hockey, frisbee, & more

Saturday Sport Squad

This class provides a fully adapted sports environment, meeting each participant’s skill level. The goal of this class is to improve skills in sports such as:

  • bowling

  • football

  • floor hockey

  • frisbee

  • yoga

  • participatory games

Advanced Athletics Group

This class is tailored for athletes advancing skills for competitive sports such as:

  • flag football

  • soccer

  • basketball

  • frisbee

  • pickle ball

  • baseball

Friday Night Lights

Every Friday 4:30-6:30 pm

Two-hour sports class that emphasizes:

  • participation in team building activities

  • physical conditioning

  • progressive drills for enhancing agility, coordination, & precision

  • learning strategy & game play in competitive sports (e.g., hockey, basketball, flag football, pickleball, frisbee, etc.)

What We Do

At UAG, we are dedicated to providing athletic services that expose individuals to a wide range of sports. Through our program every athlete can participate, progress, and find fulfillment through athletics.

Our Goal

Our goal is to empower our athletes to feel a sense of accomplishment, camaraderie, & confidence through the vehicle of sports and recreational activities.

Sports Included

Each class includes activities such as baseball, football, basketball, pickleball, frisbee, floor hockey, soccer, ninja courses, yoga, e-sports, mindfulness, and beyond. In addition, our gym houses a wide selection of cardio and fitness equipment.

To become an Unlimited Athlete, the first step is to get in touch with our facility and schedule an intake. This will include an initial assessment of skills to kickstart participation in our program and explore which group would be most beneficial to the athlete.
