TWEEN/TEEN CLASSES (AGES 13-17)
WEDNESDAY WARRIORS
Ages: 13-17
Class Length: 60 minutes
Group Size: 8-12 athletes
Runs on Wednesday
The Wednesday Warriors class combines sports and fitness at a competitive level. This class includes a dynamic warm-up, yoga, and a variety of sports drills and activities. Athletes will enjoy a fun and social atmosphere while engaging in sports like basketball, hockey, pickleball, and kickball. With a mix of friendly competition and physical challenges, participants can build their skills, improve their fitness, and enjoy the excitement of team sports.

RISING STARS
Ages: 13-17
Class Length: 45 minutes
Group Size: 8-10 athletes
Runs on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday

Rising Stars is an accessible program designed to teach teens the foundational skills in both sports and exercise. This group focuses on basic yoga, dynamic movements, sports drills, and activities. Through supportive coaching participants will gain the confidence and skills needed to excel in a variety of physical social activities.

TEEN CARDIOCADE
Ages: 13-17
Class Length: 60 minutes
Group Size: 6-8 athletes
Runs on Tuesday and Friday

CardioCade offers a unique fusion of e-sports and cardio workouts. Athletes use cardio machines like treadmills, stationary bikes, and rowers, followed by fun and competitive e-sports games, combining physical fitness with gaming in a way that keeps them motivated and engaged.

PICKLEBALL
Ages: 13-17
Class Length: 60 minutes
Group Size: 4-6 athletes
Runs on Monday and Thursday

In this Pickleball class, athletes will learn both individual and team skills to build confidence on the court. They will be taught the rules of the game, focus on racket techniques like dinking, serving, and volleying, and practice proper positioning to improve overall gameplay.

SATURDAY SPORTS SQUAD
Ages: 13-17
Class Length: 2 hours
Group Size: 8-10 athletes
Runs on Saturday

Our Saturday Sports Squad pushes athletes to refine their abilities and build confidence in a more competitive yet supportive environment. They will dive deeper into basketball, hockey, football, and baseball, learning skills like proper positioning, teamwork, and offensive/defensive roles. They will also play group favorites like kickball, dodgeball, obstacle courses, relay races, and frisbee for added variety.
