VARSITY

Ages: 8-13

Class Length: 60 minutes

Group Size: 12-15 athletes

 

Runs on Sunday 10:30am-11:30am and 11:30am-12:30pm

Monday 4:45pm-5:45pm

Thursday 5:45pm-6:45pm

The Youth Athletics Class is tailored for beginners, focusing on building fundamental athletic skills in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes will learn the basics of sports and movement, with an emphasis on introductory skills such as throwing, catching, and physical coordination. This class introduces athletes to sports including basketball, football, baseball, frisbee, hockey, kickball, and pickleball, making sure they are comfortable with basic equipment and rules. Through engaging activities and sports like relay races, obstacle courses, and team building exercises, kids will gain confidence in their abilities while developing a strong foundation for future athletic growth.

Basketball: Dribbling basics, shooting fundamentals, passing, footwork, introductory defense, teamwork skills.

​

Football: Basic throwing mechanics, catching, simple routes, understanding offensive and defensive positions.

​

Baseball: Throwing and catching, hitting fundamentals, fielding basics, base running, introductory game rules.

​

Hockey: Stick handling, passing, shooting fundamentals, understanding offensive and defensive roles.

​

Kickball: Kicking technique, catching and fielding, throwing basics, base running, understanding team roles.

​

Pickleball: Paddle handling, serving basics, shot placement, court movement, introductory game rules.

​

Frisbee: Throwing technique, catching, basic teamwork and game rules.

​

Relay Races / Obstacle Courses / Team-Building Exercises: Coordination, speed, agility, endurance, and teamwork-focused challenges.

ALLSTARS

Ages: 10-13

Class Length: 60 minutes

Group Size: 8-10 athletes

 

Runs on Tuesday 5:30pm-6:30pm

 

This Advanced Athletics Group challenges athletes with more complex drills and strategies to deepen their skills in basketball, baseball, football, pickleball, and kickball. Athletes in this group engage in higher-level obstacle courses, agility drills, and game simulations to enhance coordination, strength, and teamwork.

Basketball: Advanced dribbling, shooting mechanics, passing, footwork, defensive strategies, teamwork drills.

​

Baseball: Throwing mechanics, catching, fielding ground balls and fly balls, hitting techniques, base running, offensive and defensive positioning.

​

Football: Route running, quarterback skills, throwing mechanics, catching, footwork, offensive and defensive strategies, learning different positions. 

​

Pickleball: Paddle skills (Forehand/Backhand), serving, shot placement, court movement, game strategy, teamwork.

​

Kickball: Kicking technique, catching and fielding, throwing mechanics, base running, understanding team strategies.

​

Obstacle Courses / Agility Drills / Game Simulations: Coordination, speed, endurance, strength, teamwork, and problem-solving challenges.

SATURDAY SPORTS SQUAD

Ages: 10-13

Class Length: 1.5 hours

Group Size: 8-10 athletes

 

Runs on Saturday 1:00pm-2:30pm

 

Our Saturday Sports Squad pushes athletes to refine their abilities and build confidence in a more competitive yet supportive environment. They will dive deeper into basketball, hockey, football, and baseball, learning skills like proper positioning, teamwork, and offensive/defensive roles. They will also play group favorites like kickball, dodgeball, obstacle courses, relay races, and frisbee. 

​

Basketball: Advanced dribbling, shooting mechanics, passing, footwork, defense, teamwork drills.

​

Hockey: Stick handling, passing, shooting, offensive and defensive positioning.

 

Football: Route running, quarterback skills, throwing mechanics, catching, footwork, offensive and defensive roles.

 

Baseball: Throwing mechanics, catching, fielding ground balls and fly balls, hitting fundamentals, base running, offensive and defensive positioning.

 

Kickball: Kicking technique, catching and fielding skills, throwing mechanics, base running, understanding offensive and defensive roles.

 

Dodgeball: Throwing and catching mechanics, agility, dodging, teamwork, and strategy.

JUNIOR SPORTS AND STABILITY

Ages: 8-13

Class Length: 45 minutes

Group Size: 5-8 athletes

 

Runs on Saturday 12:15pm-1:00pm

 

Sports and Stability is a sports and exercise class that provides activities designed to meet each participant’s skill level and ability. Athletes in this class are challenged through exercises, games, and sports like basketball, baseball, football, soccer, and volleyball that target balance, strength, and mobility. Guided by highly skilled coaches, each sport is structured to ensure all athletes can participate and build confidence while improving physical skills.

Basketball: Dribbling, shooting fundamentals, passing, footwork, defense, and teamwork drills.

​

Baseball: Throwing and catching, fielding basics, hitting fundamentals, base running, and understanding offensive and defensive positions.

​

Football: Basic route running, throwing mechanics, catching, footwork, and understanding offensive and defensive roles.

​

Soccer: Dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, and introductory positioning.

​

Volleyball: Serving fundamentals, returning the ball over the net, hitting technique, and basic rotations for offense and defense.

MOVE & GrOOVE

Ages: 8-13

Class Length: 60 minutes

Group Size: 5-8 athletes

 

Runs on Monday 4:45pm-5:45pm

 

Move & Groove blends yoga, dance, and aerobic workouts, offering athletes a chance to explore movement in a creative, upbeat environment. This class encourages self-expression and teamwork, concluding each session with an activity designed for creative expression. 

​

Yoga: Breathing techniques, basic poses, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness exercises.

​

Dance: Rhythm, coordination, footwork, creative movement, and group choreography.

​

Aerobic Workouts: Cardio intervals, endurance-building exercises, agility drills, and full-body movement.

​

Creative Expression Activities: Movement games, teamwork challenges, and exercises that encourage self-expression and confidence.

YOUTH CARDIOCADE

Ages: 8-13

Class Length: 60 minutes

Group Size: 3-5 athletes

 

Runs on Wednesday 5:45pm-6:30pm

 

Our Youth CardioCade program is a unique blend of cardio exercises and e-sports. Athletes will engage with cardio equipment, building strength and endurance through dynamic, machine-based workouts. Following their cardio sessions, participants will play fun and competitive e-sports games, combining physical fitness with gaming in a way that keeps them motivated and engaged. 

​

Treadmill: Walking and jogging intervals, incline training, speed control, proper gait mechanics, and endurance building.

​

Stationary Bike: Cadence control, resistance adjustments, interval cycling, lower-body strength, and cardiovascular conditioning.

​

Rowing Machine: Proper rowing form, stroke sequencing, power output, rhythm control, and full-body endurance training.

​

E-Sports Stations: Reaction-time games, coordination challenges, team-based gameplay, and focus-building activities that support cognitive engagement.
