LIL' LEAGUERS (AGES 3-7)
MINOR LEAGUE

Class Length: 45 minutes
Group Size: 4-6 athletes
Runs on Saturday 9:00am-9:45am
The Minor League class focuses on the fundamentals of movement and sports, introducing very young athletes to sports in an exploratory way. Activities are designed to keep kids active, while slowly introducing them to basic skills needed for sports such as running, jumping, catching, and throwing. The goal of this class is to help athletes develop coordination and confidence in a nurturing environment.
Running & Jumping Activities: Basic movement games to develop improved jumping, balance, and running skills.
Throwing & Catching: Introductory drills with soft balls or beanbags to teach hand-eye coordination and fundamental catching/throwing skills.
Introductory Sports Play: Simplified games inspired by basketball, soccer, baseball, and football to introduce basic rules and teamwork.
Movement & Coordination Games: Relay races, obstacle courses, and playful exercises to build agility, strength, and confidence in a fun, safe environment.
MINI MOVERS
Ages: 18 months-3 years (with caregiver participation)
Class Length: 45 minutes

The Mini Movers class focuses on early movement development through play, introducing toddlers to foundational motor skills in a nurturing, supportive environment. Activities are designed to keep little bodies moving while helping children build confidence, coordination, and social connection alongside their caregiver.
Balance & Coordination Activities: Play-based exercises that develop stability, body awareness, and early motor control through guided movement and exploration.
Jumping, Climbing, & Strengthening: Age-appropriate obstacle courses and movement stations that build gross motor strength, balance, and confidence.
Throwing, Catching, & Kicking: Introductory activities using soft equipment to develop hand-eye coordination and early ball skills.
Cross-Body & Whole-Body Movement: Intentional activities that support brain-body connection, coordination, and overall physical development in a fun, engaging way.

The Major League class offers young athletes a more structured introduction to sports, focusing on skill development and teamwork. Athletes will engage in a wider range of activities like T-Ball, basketball, ninja obstacle courses, and Virtual Multi-Ball. This class encourages personal growth, helping kids gain confidence and competence in different sports in a fun and purposeful way.
T-Ball: Hitting, throwing, catching, base running, and understanding basic game rules.
Basketball: Dribbling fundamentals, passing, shooting basics, and introductory teamwork skills.
Ninja Obstacle Courses: Balance, coordination, agility, and problem-solving through fun, movement-based challenges.
Virtual Multi-Ball: Hand-eye coordination, catching and throwing mechanics, reaction-time activities, and interactive game-based challenges.
Movement & Teamwork Games: Relay races, cooperative games, and activities that build confidence, coordination, and social skills.
