MINOR LEAGUE

Ages: 2-4

Class Length: 45 minutes

Group Size: 4-6 athletes

 

Runs on Saturday 

The Minor League class focuses on the fundamentals of movement and social interaction, introducing very young athletes to sports in an exploratory way. Activities are designed to keep kids active, while slowly introducing them to basic skills such as running, jumping, and throwing. This class helps athletes develop coordination and confidence in a nurturing environment.​

MAJOR LEAGUE

Ages: 4-6

Class Length: 45 minutes

Group Size: 8-10 athletes

 

Runs on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 

 

The Major League class offers young athletes a more structured introduction to sports, focusing on skill development and teamwork. Athletes will engage in a wider range of activities like T-Ball, basketball, ninja obstacle courses, and Virtual Multi-Ball. This class encourages personal growth, helping kids gain confidence and competence in different sports in a fun and purposeful way.​
