FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

Friday Night Lights is a two hour class that blends sports drills and fitness in an engaging atmosphere. Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare athletes for movement, followed by sports activities, drills, and light competition. Athletes practice a variety of seasonal based sports and focus on learning the rules, skills, and terminology of each sport:
Football: Route running, quarterback skills, proper throwing mechanics, catching, proper footwork, offensive and defensive roles.
Basketball: Dribbling skills, shooting mechanics, passing skills, footwork, defense, teamwork drills.
Hockey: Stick handling, passing, puck shooting drills, offensive and defensive roles.
Soccer: Dribbling, passing, shooting, and controlling the ball.
Volleyball: Learning correct serving form, returning the ball over the net, and proper hitting form, rotating for offense and defense.

WEDNESDAY WARRIORS
Ages: 18+
Class Length: 60 minutes
Group Size: 8-12 athletes

​The Wednesday Warriors combines sports and fitness with a focus on sport skill development and challenge. Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up to build strength and flexibility to prepare for sports, followed by a rotation of sports drills and activities. With a mix of friendly competition and physical challenges, participants improve their fitness, sports skills, learn sports terminology, and enjoy the excitement of team sports. Athletes practice and learn about a variety of sports including: basketball, baseball, football, hockey, volleyball, and kickball, while building fundamental skills.

CardioCade offers a unique fusion of e-sports and cardio workouts. Athletes use cardio machines like treadmills, stationary bikes, and rowers, followed by fun and competitive e-sports games, combining physical fitness with gaming in a way that keeps them motivated and engaged. The goal of this class is to improve overall cardio fitness and health.

Treadmill: Walking and jogging intervals, incline training, speed control, proper gait mechanics, endurance building.
​
Stationary Bike: Cadence control, resistance changes, interval cycling, lower-body strength and endurance conditioning.
​
Rowing Machine: Proper rowing form, stroke sequencing, power output, rhythm control, full-body endurance training.
​
Step Platforms: Step sequences, cardio step patterns, balance and coordination work, lower-body strengthening.
​
Wrist/Ankle Weights/Total Gym : Basic strength movements, controlled repetitions, endurance-focused exercises to support cardio performance.
​
E-Sports Stations: Reaction-time games, coordination challenges, team-based gameplay, and focus-building activities that support cognitive engagement.

SPORTS AND STABILITY

Sports and Stability is a sports and exercise class that provides activities designed to meet each participant’s skill level and ability. Athletes in this class are challenged through guided obstacle courses, exercises, games, and sports like bowling, basketball, football, soccer, pickleball, and tetherball that target balance, strength, and mobility. Guided by highly skilled coaches, each sport is structured to ensure all athletes can participate and build confidence while improving physical skills.

Bowling: Targetting with or without ramp while focusing on grip and release as well stance and approach.
​
Basketball: Practicing shooting mechanics in heigh adjustable net.
​
Football: Working on proper throwing mechanics and catching skills.
​
Soccer: Dribbling, passing, shooting, and controlling the ball.
​
Pickleball: Maintaining proper raquet grip for serving and hitting off a tee or returning the ball.

Tetherball: Practicing hand-eye coordination and building endurance through upper body workout.​​​​​

PICKLEBALL

In this pickleball class, athletes will learn both individual and team skills related to pickleball. They will be taught the rules of the game, focus on racket techniques like dinking, forehand shots, backhand shots, serving, and volleying, and practice proper positioning to improve overall gameplay. ​​

The Midday Movers class is a sports and exercise class that provides activities tailored to each participant’s skill level and ability. Athletes take part in a variety of movement based tasks and sports activities like basketball, baseball, football, pickleball, and kickball. The goal of this class is to build coordination, strength, and endurance related to sports designed to align with each athlete’s skills.​​​

Baseball: Throwing mechanics, catching skills, fielding ground balls and fly balls, hitting fundamentals, base running, offensive and defensive positioning.

Pickleball: Paddle handling, proper serving technique, shot placement, court positioning, movement, and basic game strategy.
