FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS

Ages: 18+

Class Length: 2 hours

Group Size: 15-20 athletes

 

Runs on Friday

Friday Night Lights is a 2 hour class that blends sports drills, fitness, and E-sports with a social atmosphere. Focusing on sports-based activities and group challenges, this class encourages participants to bond and have fun while improving their athletic abilities. With a mix of light competition and social interaction, this class allows athletes to stay active and connect with peers.

WEDNESDAY WARRIORS

Ages: 18+

Class Length: 60 minutes

Group Size: 8-12 athletes

 

Runs on Wednesday

The Wednesday Warriors class combines sports and fitness at a competitive level. This class includes a dynamic warm-up, yoga, and a variety of sports drills and activities. Athletes will enjoy a fun and social atmosphere while engaging in sports like basketball, hockey, pickleball, and kickball. With a mix of friendly competition and physical challenges, participants can build their skills, improve their fitness, and enjoy the excitement of team sports.

CARDIOCADE

Ages: 18+

Class Length: 60 minutes

Group Size: 6-8 athletes

 

Runs on Tuesday and Friday

CardioCade offers a unique fusion of e-sports and cardio workouts. Athletes use cardio machines like treadmills, stationary bikes, and rowers, followed by fun and competitive e-sports games, combining physical fitness with gaming in a way that keeps them motivated and engaged.

SPORTS AND STABILITY

Ages: 18+

Class Length: 60 minutes

Group Size: 3-6 athletes

 

Runs on Saturday

Saturday Sports Squad is a sports and exercise class that provides fully adapted sport activities to meet each participant's skill level and ability. Athletes in this class are challenged to participate in activities that challenge their balance, strength, and mobility. Guided by highly skilled coaches, sports are adapted to make every sport accessible.

PICKLEBALL

Ages: 18+

Class Length: 60 minutes

Group Size: 4-6 athletes

 

Runs on Monday and Thursday 

​

In this Pickleball class, athletes will learn both individual and team skills to build confidence on the court. They will be taught the rules of the game, focus on racket techniques like dinking, serving, and volleying, and practice proper positioning to improve overall gameplay. â€‹â€‹
